Danny's mom has been teaching me the art of canning. She's an expert! She knows her pressure cooker and can tell what to do just by listening to the sounds it makes. She knows the different processes for every fruit and vegetable and can put up a picking of beans or tomatoes while juggling a hundred different things. In a word, she is amazing! I sure appreciate all of her help and the time she takes to teach me skills like this! We're going to be enjoying those beans all year long!
