Sunglass Photo Filter

Like I mentioned the other day, using sunglasses as a photo filter is a simple way to create an artistic look without needing an expensive photo editing program. I thought I would show the "before" and "after" so you can really see the effect. I first saw the idea on Elsie Flannigan's fabulous blog A Beautiful Mess. (Sorry I couldn't seem to track down the exact post.) She suggested using sunglasses as a filter when shooting with your phone. I loved the idea and thought it would work just as well with a standard camera. It takes a bit of practice to keep a steady hand while holding your glasses in front of the lens and adjusting the camera settings, but you can really get some fun shots! Give it a try!
