This little fellow was quite the charmer. He let me come rather close and totally posed for dozens of photos. Truly nothing has changed since I was a 12 year old girl at camp with my disposable camera... just happy to wander around snapping photos of all the little critters. Right before ducking under the stairs he turned his head sharply in my direction, looked straight at me, and winked. I'm serious, he totally winked! Little flirt. I WAS DYING! It was a magical Lynley moment.

Capturing beauty on film and communicating with critters of all sorts are two of your most amazing spiritual gifts, LJ. I think you and I will need to have adjoining ranches in heaven to house all of our animal friends. ;)

Lizzy winks ALL the time! It always makes me think she is up to something. Especially when she sneaks out from behind the couch and winks.
Just wait til she and Mason start teaming up! Bet there will be lots of winking then. ;)
